SALES ASSISTANT
Port Elizabeth

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for growing and maintain the Capsicum Culinary Studio Brand and achieving targeted growth.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Assist the Sales and Marketing consultant to achieve target growth for the campus.

  • Participate in school visits, career expos, and promotional events.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Assist with lead generation and follow-up communication with prospective students.
  • Help prepare marketing materials and displays for events.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track conversions.
  • Engage with prospective students during open days and campus tours.
  • Collaborate on lead generation strategies and follow-up activities.
Ensure all administrative duties is done timeously and Head Office and the Branch Manager is up to date with what happens on daily, weekly & monthly basis and reports sent to Management as requested.
  • Update student enquiry logs and application tracking systems.
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and campus performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback.
  • Ensure timely submission of documentation to Campus Head.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure implementation and adherence to policies and processes as set out by Legislation, Accreditation bodies and Capsicum Culinary Studio.
  • Ensure all student documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Support the campus team in maintaining compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Assist in preparing for audits and inspections.
To contribute and support the Re-use reduce recycle campaign and the Capsicum National social responsibility programme.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives on campus.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in community outreach and CSI events.
  • Encourage staff and students to engage in recycling and waste reduction.
  • Track and report on environmental and social responsibility activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Matric.
  • Further education in Sales and Marketing.
EXPERIENCE:
  •  2 years in a target driven sales environment with presentation to all levels.
  •  1 year sales or service experience.

  • Selling skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills.
  • Presentation skills.
